What to do if your ID verification fails after uploading your document.

If your KYC verification failed after you uploaded your ID photo, please check the following:

  • Make sure you uploaded the original photo of your ID, not a screenshot or a blurred image.

  • Ensure your selfie matches the ID and that your face is clearly visible.

  • If you uploaded an image taken from another device (like your phone gallery), that’s fine as long as it’s clear and complete.

If the verification still fails, it may mean that your country is not supported for KYC verification. You can check the list of unsupported countries.
